Praveen Jain, CPA, has more than 29 years of well rounded experience in the fields of Finance, Accounting and Information Systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant holding a license from the state of Maryland.  He has a niche experience in consultation with many international clients relating to but not limited to international tax, transfer pricing compliance, foreign assets reporting, particularly in India and US.

He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. He earned his degree, Masters of Commerce in Accounting and Business Statistics, from the University of Rajasthan, in India.
